Your snowboard doesn't need to look perfect, but it does need to be structurally sound. Boards with major damage, including boards broken into two pieces, aren't eligible for conversion.

Normal wear and tear is okay! Peeling or chipping along the top-sheet edges, discoloration, scratches ranging from shallow to deep, and small areas of missing base material may all be acceptable.

Email us a description of your snowboard, including as much of the following information as you can:

• Brand and model: For example, Burton Ripcord

• Year: For example, 2025

• Camber Style: Do you know your snowboard’s camber style? If not, no worries.

• Length: In centimeters or inches

• Condition: Describe any scratches, chips, cracks, edge damage, or other wear

For example: Burton Ripcord, 2025, 158 cm, traditional camber with a 1-inch nick on the nose and some rust around the metal edges.

Please also include your name and phone number.

The more detail you provide, the better we can assess your snowboard to confirm we can proceed with the conversion.

Please include clear photos of your snowboard so we can get a good look before you bring it in or arrange delivery.

Include:

• A full-length photo of the entire board

• A photo of the top sheet

• A photo of the base

• Close-ups of any scratches, nicks, cracks, chips, or other damage

Good photos help us determine whether your snowboard is a good candidate for conversion.

Once we receive your email, description, and photos, we'll review your snowboard and confirm whether it's eligible for conversion. If it looks like a good fit, we'll get in touch to discuss the next steps.

Unless otherwise noted, your complete skateboard comes equipped with:

• GULLWING CHARGER 10.0-inch trucks

• ABEC 7 bearings

• 70 mm Gel Soft Wheels

• Nose and tail stabilizing end caps

• Built-in bottle opener

• Finger grip

Conversion typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on our current production schedule. We'll keep you informed as your board makes its way through the process.

Once your Alegre Boards skateboard conversion is complete, we'll contact you to arrange final delivery.
